TERMS and CONDITIONS
We at Corry Bros feel that our work is of the highest standard and no mouthpiece is sent to our customers before being thoroughly play-tested and inspected by both Jim and Paul Corry, then disinfected thoroughly for delivery to our customers.
Under UK law, and the CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS (2014) if you are not entirely satisfied with your product you may return your purchased goods within 14 days of purchase; HOWEVER, we will charge a £50.00 cleaning/restocking fee in order for the mouthpiece to be treated, disinfected, re-polished for resale.
The mouthpiece must be returned in the like-new, pristine and perfect condition in which it was originally dispatched. There must be no signs of teeth marks, scratches, or obvious signs of use, wear or accidental damage upon our re-inspection of the mouthpiece.
We will refund you in full for the price of the mouthpiece - minus any fees incurred- within 14 days of receiving the returned item if it meets the above requirements.
If the mouthpiece displays wear, scratches and is deemed by us to not be in like-new condition then a FURTHER £50.00 re-stocking fee may be allocated to the returned item.
The customer will be responsible for both the cost and the safe return postage of the mouthpiece and we require this to be done by Recorded Delivery. We cannot refund any Tax or Duty you may have paid to recieve your order.
