"Corry Bros have created a masterpiece. Playing their mouthpieces allows me to produce a pure and clear sound that is current throughout the whole of my instrument, giving me flexibility in all registers.

The quality and craftsmanship of their products is seriously outstanding, giving me total confidence to execute my ideas with perfect balance, intonation and a beautiful centered tone."

CHRIS "BEEBE" ALDRIDGE

ENDORSERS

Welcome to the Family! Saxophonists who endorse Corry Bros mouthpieces:

"Loving my P-Wave 8 Baritone mouthpiece! I had been after a vintage mouthpiece for so long but to no avail and had got my heart set on a metal piece, however, the P-Wave ebonite gives all of the brightness and depth I had been after.

They are free blowing in all registers and very comfortable to play due to the slimline shape. The full dynamic range is extremely easy to achieve as are altissimo and effects whilst providing an awesome full and rich tone.

The Corry Brothers have set a benchmark for the modern mouthpiece whilst keeping all of the qualities of a vintage bespoke piece."

Beebe possesses wide ranging techniques from beat boxing while playing flute, to playing two saxophones at the same time. Beebe has worked with Gary Barlow, US3, Ben E King, Gary US Bonds, Roy Wood, Geno Washington, Jaki Graham, Climax Blues Band in addition to many others. "As soon as I tried the P-Wave I was blown away by the huge sound! The mouthpiece delivers every dynamic from ppp to fff, all with a warm, fat tone which cuts through a section when needed.

I blew it against another excellent ebonite mouthpiece by a very established manufacturer and the Corry Bros piece had more to give. The response is instantaneous and I can confidently play exposed passages even at lower dynamics and know that the sound will be there in time.

As a player who doubles on smaller saxes, I loved the slim profile of the piece and it means there is less of an embouchure adjustment when switching from alto or tenor. I first got hold of the mouthpiece before a run of gigs which heavily featured bari so it was a great opportunity to put it through its paces, and the intonation felt spot on all the way through. Can’t recommend it enough!"

"The Corry Bros P-wave for baritone sax is a great responsive mouthpiece. It not only gives me the projection I need but also to ability to be versatile with whatever genre of music I am playing.  The balance between the tip opening and chamber is exactly what I've been looking for to enable me to deliver my music in the best possible way.

Not only that but build quality of the piece and packaging is also exceptional. In the right hands this mouthpiece has the ability to stand out even when played alongside the classics."

"I wanted a mouthpiece that would give more volume and an edge. It sure does that but I am also amazed at how it can also sound so smooth and soulful, not that I play much in that style. I have played both with PA and mostly outside as part of a 25 strong street band, either way the sound cuts through.Overall it has lived up to and surpassed expectations." - MARTIN SCRAGG, UK

"The word that first comes to mind for me, when describing my CorryBros Mesa mouthpiece is trust. This is the first time I've ever had a setup that I know is going to respond in the same way each time I pick up the horn.

After going through over a decade of changing mouthpieces regularly and never quite feeling settled, I finally tried the CorryBros Mesa 7* mouthpiece and I was hooked straight away. I still feel the exactly the same two years on! Highly recommended!"

" Having played mainly vintage metal mouthpieces for a long time I was stunned at the sound and response from the CorryBros Scoria metal mouthpiece. This prototype is everything I wanted in a mouthpiece, from subtle fat sub-tones through to screaming harmonics this mouthpiece gives it all with poise and ease.

Comfortable in any musical situation it's very centred and focused. It feels great and gives accurate feedback, leaving me with the confidence and freedom to play throughout the full range of the instrument at what ever dynamic range. It has a stunning build quality with attention to detail. It is a true reflection of the passion and dedication put into the design and making of these pieces. I can't see me playing anything else!"

"The Corry Bros P-Wave mouthpiece has everything I want in a bari piece. It has the flexibility for me to play a wide variety styles such as jazz, funk and soul. Its capable of maintaining a focused tone at any volume level and can be pushed for a broad warm jazz sound into an aggressive and percussive funk sound. The high register is like nothing I’ve played on Bari before, it feels like I’m playing a tenor, with a full and direct sound, making the horn come alive in the top end!"

"The Corry Bros P-wave Baritone mouthpiece is a true delight to play.

I particularly enjoy it because of its powerful sound throughout the dynamic spectrum and it's fast response.

Never have I played a mouthpiece which is so easy to play yet has so much to offer - I am amazed how much range of style and colour it provides.

It's a bit like sitting down in a racing car once you turn on the engine you just want to see how much this thing can handle, in this case it's definitely Formula 1..."
